Early Life and Education

Pastor Bradley Liebe was born and raised in Waupaca, Wisconsin. His academic and spiritual journey at North Central University in Minneapolis laid the foundation for his passion for leadership and helping others, guiding his career and personal missions.

Beginning of Ministry Work

He started his professional path in 1992 in Fort Myers, Florida, where he was appointed Student Ministries Director at a local church. He held this position until November 2000, when he was pivotal in developing and managing weekly events that encouraged personal and spiritual growth among the youth. Liebe also managed large-scale national and international events, which drew from 100 to over 10,000 attendees. These roles allowed him to mentor young individuals and significantly influence their developmental trajectories.

Expanding Ministry to Europe

In December 2000, Bradley took a significant leap in his career by relocating to Copenhagen, Denmark, to serve as the Executive Director of a newly inaugurated faith-based technical college. There, he completed the enrollment of 50 students within the first year and successfully raised $2 million to fund the establishment and ongoing expenses of the program. His leadership covered all aspects of the institution's operations, from curriculum development to daily management and financial sustainability.

Leadership Growth in Fort Myers

Upon returning to the United States in January 2003, Liebe took up the mantle as Assistant Senior Pastor at his former church in Fort Myers. Over his next five years there, he played a crucial role in doubling the congregation’s size and expanding the church from one to five campuses. He oversaw a major construction project that added a new 45,000-square-foot facility, which was completed on time and under budget. He was also responsible for upgrading technological systems that enhanced the church's outreach capabilities through live streaming.

Leading Pathways Church

In January 2009, Bradley assumed leadership of Pathways Church in Appleton, Wisconsin. His tenure there was marked by tremendous growth, with a 500% increase in attendance and financial contributions. He tackled a $400,000 budget deficit, turning it into a surplus and instituting financial strategies that greatly benefited the church’s economic stability and facilitated ongoing improvements.

Transition to Financial Services

In 2013, Bradley shifted gears to focus on financial services, becoming the President of KK&B Financial Services for Seniors. In this role, he has dedicated himself to assisting seniors in planning for financially secure retirements, providing personalized, independent financial advice based on each client’s unique circumstances.

Professional Speaking and Coaching

Since 2008, Liebe has been active as a professional speaker and coach with Rick Olson Seminars. He offers seminars on customer service, team productivity, motivation, and navigating change.
